With so much change coming in the years to come, this undoubtedly will revive these areas along the river. However with so many individual areas we also need public squares, a park, perhaps even a Bio-dome to Elicit Innovation and more tree lined roads.
- Bath Press (244 apartments and houses, as well as 16,000 square feet of office space)
- Dick Lovett (to create 360 build to rent units, including affordable homes)
- The second phase of the bath riverside where the gasometer once stood
- Regency Laundry site (co-living,an emerging concept, for young professionals and graduates
- for cost-effective accommodation with a community feel)
- Homebase (new homes for later living with nearly 300 apartments, a restaurant, a physiotherapy gym and pool, consultant rooms for GP surgeries, a children’s nursery and retail space for local businesses)
- Pinesgate (Grade A offices and international college)
- There is also new development further down the river in the centre with a the new Bath Quays Bridge and buildings
